Privacy

RB Ceramics is a business of Robinina, LLC (Florida). This explains what we collect when you use our booking site, why, and who else sees it. Questions or requests: studio@robinina.art.

What we collect

• Your account: your email address and password (we store a scrambled form of the password, never the password itself).
• Your profile: your name, phone number, emergency contact's name and phone, and your experience level. You can edit these on your profile.
• Your waiver: the version you accepted and when.
• Your activity: your bookings and cancellations, sessions bought, gifted, used or refunded, the premium membership if you have one, and a history of changes to your account. Staff can also keep private notes about you for running the studio.
• Sign-ins: when you sign in, we record the IP address and browser you used, so we can keep your account secure.
• Gifts: when you give sessions, we keep your name and email, the recipient's name and email, your optional message, the delivery date, and who claimed them.
• The launch list: if you ask to hear when booking opens, we keep your email address, whether you confirmed it, and when. We use it only to tell you when booking opens, and you can leave the list from the link in any email we send you about it.
• Email preferences: which optional emails you've turned off.

What we don't collect

We don't see or store your card number: payments happen on Stripe's page. Stripe sends us confirmation of each payment, which can include your name, email and billing address; we never receive your card number. We keep Stripe's customer reference so we can charge, refund and manage your premium membership. We don't use advertising or analytics trackers on the booking site.

Cookies

Cookies. We use two cookies, both needed for the site to work: one keeps you signed in, and one remembers what you were doing (for example your selections, and where to return after you confirm your email). We don't use tracking or advertising cookies.

Who else handles your information

To run the site we use: Stripe (payments, refunds, the premium membership; Stripe's privacy policy applies to what you give them), Resend (sending our emails to you), and Railway (the servers and database that host the site). They handle your information only to provide those services to us. We don't sell your information and we don't share it for advertising.

How we use it

To run bookings and sessions, take payments, send the emails that belong to your account (confirmations, receipts, reminders and notices about changes), keep the studio safe, and meet our legal and tax duties. You can turn off optional emails under Your Account > Notifications; receipts and notices about changes to your bookings or premium membership are always sent.

How long we keep it

While your account is open. If you ask us to delete it, we delete or anonymise your profile, except records we must keep for payments and taxes.

Your choices

You can see and edit your profile any time. To ask for a copy of your information, a correction, or deletion, email studio@robinina.art. We'll reply within 30 days.

Children

The booking site is for adults 18 and over. Youth programs are arranged directly with the studio.

Changes

If we change this page, the effective date at the top changes. For big changes we'll email members.
