Terms of use

These terms cover using the RB Ceramics booking site and buying sessions, gifts and the premium membership. RB Ceramics is a business of Robinina, LLC. By creating an account or paying, you agree to them, and to the Refunds and cancellations and Privacy pages.

Your account

You must be 18 or over. Give true information, keep your password private, and tell us if someone else has used your account. You confirm your email address and accept the studio's liability waiver before you can book. When the waiver changes, you accept the new version before your next booking.

Sessions and booking

A session is one spot (a wheel or a table) in a three-hour studio block. You book from the schedule, after you have enough sessions. Spots you pick at checkout are held for 15 minutes while you pay. Booking rules (for example how far ahead you can book, and notice for same-week sessions) are shown on the site and can change.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown before you pay, in US dollars. Payments are taken by Stripe. Sessions are $75.00 each with a minimum of 1. Premium members can buy extra sessions at $50.00 each. Sessions you buy never expire.

Premium membership

The premium membership is by invitation after you've agreed it with the studio. It costs $500.00 a month for 10 sessions and one bag of clay, renews automatically each month on the date you chose, and charges the card you saved until you cancel. To cancel, contact the studio; it ends at the end of the month you've paid for. We don't refund a month already charged. Unused premium sessions expire at the end of each membership month. If a payment fails, you have 7 days to fix it before bookings that depend on that month are cancelled, and the studio may end the membership if it stays unpaid.

Gifts

Gifted sessions are claimed with a private link by someone with an account. Anyone with the link can claim them, so keep it private. Gifted sessions never expire.

At the studio

Follow the studio's rules and staff directions. We hold finished and unfinished pieces for 60 days after your session; after that we can't guarantee they'll still be here. Sessions include the clay you use in the studio; extra clay and supplies are available. We may close the studio, a day or a block (for example for repairs or weather), and we'll return your sessions and email you.

Our right to act

We may refuse or end bookings or accounts for unsafe or abusive behaviour, or for misuse of the site.

Limits

The site and studio are provided as described. To the extent the law allows, RB Ceramics and Robinina, LLC aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. The waiver covers the studio activities.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date changes, and for big changes to the premium membership we'll email members before they take effect.

Governing law

Florida law applies.
